This deck has been designed to play against the other Ode to Decks in this series. It is designed around the video game Mario Kart. We enjoy playing that game as a family and my kids who play magic with me asked if I could try and make a deck, so here it is version 1.0. If you like the idea behind this deck, keep in mind that you can use this as a a base outline and swap in or out cards that work better in your play group. This does not run a ton of interaction as these decks are designed more to allow you to play out the cards and lean into the theme. They are designed to function and do contain combos. This deck contains vehicles but is really designed around taking advantage of tapping and untapping your creatures. For the theme:

• Esika, God of the trees is the commander chosen because of the Prismatic Bridge = Rainbow Road
• Mario = Saint Traft and Rem Karolus driving the Deluxe Dragster
• Luigi = Radha, Coalition Warlord driving the Dodgy Jalopy
• Wario = King Macar, the gold cursed driving the Unlicensed Hearse
• Princess Peach = Emmara, Soul of the Accord driving the Mysterious Limousine
• Toad = Depala, Pilot Exempler driving the Flywheel Racer
• Waluigi = Sanwell, Avenger Ace driving Smuggler's Buggy
• Bowser = Magda, Brazen Outlaw driving the Hoard Hauler
• Yoshi = Archelos, Lagoon Mystic driving the Cultivator's Caravan

To add the feeling of racing and being in first place, I add a few monarch cards

• Keeper of the Keys (Keys to the Cars)
• Court of Ire, Court of Locthwain, Court of Ambition, Court of Cunning = Being in "first place" aka the monarch has its rewards
