Welcome to the block party, where nobody blocks! Hosted by Odric!

Basically trying to create Odric's team as fast as possible, hit the critical mass of 3 additional soldiers and swing. Generate the army with comes-into-play abilities, enchantments with cheap activations, and sorceries that pump out the soldier tokens.

Inkmoth Nexus, Mishra's Factory, Kjeldoran Outpost, Mutavault and Forbidding Watchtower will create me an extra creature to hit the all important "3 other creatures" if I'm short on tokens/creatures. Some of these creature lands are even soldiers! Booyeah!

Effects like Field Marshal, Goldnight Commander and don't forget Coat of Arms pump up the unblockable team to good levels.

Ballyrush Banneret and Daru Warchief help keep the team cheap, while all the mana rocks (Sol Ring, Gilded Lotus, etc) get you the mana ramp needed without green spells.

Real lack of flying blockers means I need defense in another way. Baird, Steward of Argive helps out with a Propaganda type effect and has vigilance as well. Some recurring spot removal in the forms of Intrepid Hero, will help remove big beat stick threats. Knight-Captain of Eos gets me a Fog effect on command, very useful. I can be sneaky and look vulnerable and surprise an opponent with Selfless Squire for some flash shenanigans and then clap-back at them for just as hard as they would have hit me, unblockable with Odric as well!

Darien, King of Kjeldor is a deterrent in his own right also, I'll just be able to swing back harder with all the "free" (paid in blood!) soldier tokens, usually having them be pumped.

Martial Coup will re-shape most board positions quickly and I have other wipes in the deck that can deliver a total board wipe. Teferi's Protection gives me a good follow up to my own or somebody else's board wipe, potentially shutting down some play that may kill me as well. I feel like Rootborn Defenses is just good board wipe prevention, and hey, free token too.

Myriad Landscape and Kjeldoran Outpost can create graveyard items for Sun Titan to interact with, and the titan will also fetch all sorts of other goodies. Even though he is not a soldier he is worth it.

Could always swap up some creatures and run "Human" tribe, but Soldier seems like a more fun theme to me!

Miraculous Recovery? Always handy.
