Sideboard

An off-meta competitive Abzan Control pile. With the resurgence of Winota decks and the "decline" of rogues i've been trying to make Abzan good again, and i have to say it works! The amount of wrath effects on the deck really takes a toll against agressive strategies. With the help of the new Liliana and the great amount of cheap cantrip effects which can both draw you a card and give you life it makes really hard for aggro decks to close a gap against you. Very straightfoward strategy to ramp to Ugin and control the game until you win. Against Sultai Yorion, it's best to actually concede the first game before they can take a look at your deck and have the opportunity to put counterspells.

After sideboard the matchup becomes a piece of cake, really. Necromentia disrupts they strategy very well and vanishing verse can deal with anything they bring to the table, not only that duress it's an amazing cheap hand hate for control mirrors.

Against monowhite, we have such an advantage with the huge amount of exile effects on our deck, and well, our deck is really greedy. If we survive until Ugin(which is probably going to happen a lot) they just can't win.

Our worst matchup by far is rogues because of the amount of counter effects that they bring, it's even worse after the sideboard because they're going to bring more counterspells and lullmage's domination which can target our Polukranos.

Aside from that, really, the deck doesn't have a bad matchup.
That said, if anyone want a more in depth guide of the deck, let me know.

I recently got to mythic with it with a 58% winrate in b03( starting from plat)
