WU control. This deck is pretty reliant on getting 4 mana on turn 4 by not missing a land play. You have cards like Mindslaver and Time Warp and Lighthouse Chronologist to allow you to beef up your planeswalkers more, and to level up your levelers. Nevinyrral's Disk is an excellent board wipe, as it leaves your walkers alive and well (Scourglass for walkers instead of artifacts?).

Control the board long enough to ping them to death with lower cost creatures / Mirror-Sigil Sergeant . Don't be afraid to attack or block your Serendib Efreet into a bigger creature later game if it's going to lose you life to just sit there.

Sideboard Linvala, Keeper of Silence against decks that run brutal activated abilities, especially level up.
