This is the first pool for OGW. I want to try building decks in many different color combinations, just to see what is possible.

I have put all of the cards in the pool, and have added updates for the two decks I built from the pool: UB evasion and BG Valuetown

Initial Impressions of the Pool — Jan. 30, 2016

The Red is virtually unplayable. There are some OK cards, and the G/R Cards are fine, but there is not enough there to pull very much weight.

Black is very divided. There are some good Ally Vampires, and there are some good aggro cards, but the removal is not there at all. There is a little bit of sacrifice synergy going on with the GB cards, the Scion producers, Brood Butcher and Smothering Abomination and Blisterpod. I will at least try it for a few games to see how this level of synergy power works.

WG would rely on the White rare hitting the field, because the other Ally draws in the colors is not great (Tajuru Pathwarden is nice).

I am not sure how UG is supposed to work in this format, but I certainly do not have the UGC Eldrazi Ramp pieces at all.

BW Allies and UW Skies both look well supported.

BU colorless might work out, because there is some incidental colorless producers, but the two main blue draws (Gravity Negator and Deepfathom Stalker) work really well in a flyer deck too.
