So after testing splinter twin for awhile I keep finding people are prepared for it once I drop my first spell. This became a problem. I toyed around with a blue moon list, but I had issues with master of waves. First I don't own him, two I don't like him. Why not add an instant wincon. Also I hear splinter twin on snapcaster mage equals huge value. And thus this was born.
