I wanted to create a deck that quickly builds counters on many creatures and uses them to push down the opponents resistance. I would love any suggestions I can get Hopefully the basis will give you a nice idea of what I'm building. I feel like it moves decently well and late game you are able to recover from the loss of one or two creatures because of the speed of counter output.

I have added a bit more life gain in relation to the original deck, along with adding Hardened Scales and Feat of Resistance allowing for the preservation of my creatures.
