This deck was made to play at my local game store while also being cheap.I'll point out the synergies in the deck.This is in a way, a Delver of Secrets   deck. But, it has other backup plans if that doesn't work. The amount of counters and other spells help with that.Meddling Mage also has its synergies with Azorius Charm , Remand, and Gitaxian Probe. It does two things: disruption and board presence.

Leonin Arbiter also has it's combos turning Ghost Quarter into a Stripmine, making Path to Exile have no downside, and nullify your opponent's fetchlands.Please give advice and input. Thanks!
