Gameplan:
Step 1: Get humans in the graveyard. Cast cheap humans and let them die, or self mill, or loot. If a Fiend Hunter and Cartel Aristocrat are in the grave, you're golden.
Step 2: Throw down an Angel of Glory's Rise. Easiest way is to reanimate it with Unburial Rites, but hardcasting is a solid plan too. Between Mulch, Grisly Salvage, Faithless Looting, and Avacyn's Pilgrim, mana should be fairly consistent.
Step 3: Resurrect all the humans. ETB effects are good.
Step 4: Go infinite. Exile the Angel with a Fiend Hunter, then sac it with an Aristocrat to bring back any humans that may have died. At this point, should be fairly easy to get infinite life/tokens/etc and win. Self mill also works stupidly efficiently at this point, since milled creatures can instantly go to the battlefield.
Wishlist:
-Better land base. Seriously, 4 colors is hard with budget lands. Self mill makes land drops consistent, but can't do much about colors.
-Actual sideboard. This deck, like many graveyard-focused decks, does poorly when graveyard hate is present. Either sideboarding in removal for Rest in Peace/etc, or using a transformative sideboard would be useful.
-Better humans. The 1-drops don't really affect the board state very much, so they're used primarily for chump blocking before going infinite.
