Thanks a lot ! I'm not sure about my budget yet. The cards i put are the cards i actually own, the maybe board is the cards i'm considering getting. And i haven't think of the mana base, so there's still a lot to do !

The quality of the land base will be directly proportional to your willingness to spend on the deck. If you can afford 9 fetch lands, 3 duals, and 3 shocks, your land base will be incredibly stable. If you don't want to spend that kind of money, you can still have a stable land base, but you'll have to make compromises. For example, the Temple Garden may really be a Selesnya Sanctuary . The Savannah may be a Sunpetal Grove .

Are the bounce lands reliable ? From what i hear, there's a lot of mana denial in EDH. Anyway i'm kinda new to this format so i'm really thankful for your help.

It depends. A lot of people I've played with/talk to seem to find them useful. I don't typically encounter much land destruction in EDH. I guess it depends mostly on your meta.

If you're new to the format, you should read this.

Well i guess that's a first rough sketch of my deck. The mana base is a placeholder, obviously, but it has already the basic. Not sure of what i should cut/add, but i'm pretty happy so far.

Bant has some alright draw power but not the same as BUG. You have Mystic Remora , Cold-Eyed Selkie (amazing with exalted/Rafiq), card:Mind's Eye, and Consecrated Sphinx .
