This deck is centered around Land Equilibrium, but works quite well without it in play. The main concept is to keep lands out of play while bleeding them for having cards in hand. DEFINITELY woulnd't mind some feedback or suggestions on how to polish it up.

Land Equilibrium - locks the number of lands opponents can have in play, idealy this number is zero.
Sunder - no brainer
Mana Breach - forces land out of play when players cast spells
Ghostly Prison - keeps players from attacking you, or at least makes them spend their mana to do so and hopefully gets their land off the battlefield at the same time.
Black Vise & Iron Maiden - bleeders - once you cast a sunder, its not uncommon to deal 12 damage per turn with a few in play.
Zuran Orb - nice way to turn your lands into life when you no longer need them or want to get the lock in place.
Broodstar - I used to run Eater of Days but this one typically winds up being just as big for less mana and without the drawback.

EDIT
I would like to take a few things out and put some counterspells in just for reassurance. Also considering Hurkyl's Recall for other opponents who run artifact mana.
Winter Orb is more powerful than Mana Breach in this deck, so maybe removing the latter will make it leaner and free up some space while still locking them down.
I could also run a few defenders such as Fog Bank or Wall of Denial to fend off any creatures that might come my way, but again, as long as I have a ghostly prison in play, its not an issue.
