Olivia Voldaren commander deck. Pretty basic tribal setup, very creature-heavy. The goal is to build a vampire army, then create more vampires from your opponents' creatures and then steal them. I recently removed the infinite combos to keep it lower-powered and more fair for when I'm playing against lower-powered decks.

Updated in November 2021 to include some of the new VOW cards.
