This is one of my favourite commander decks that ive been playing for years now; this is my 4th deck I built. It is now complete, their are some cards I want to test with but otherwise the deck is complete and tuned.

This is a tribal deck a heart, however, there is one non vampire card in the deck an that is Mogis, God of Slaughter because he is quite fun and fits the other subtheme in the taxation department. The theme is vampires and forming and army of vampires by turning opponents creatures or bring back the fallen vampires to cause more havoc.

The deck play slight control in the ways Olivia steals creatures from the board, the tax effect and Mogis. The deck can quite aggressive by being quick for being fairly cheap-average on the mana curve for EDH and their abilities can stop some decks in their tracks. Kalitas, Bloodchief of Ghet, Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief and Dark Impostor offer me repeat creature kills with an upside of a free token, a stronger Drana for a turn or a blood fuel sort of clone that gets bigger everytime and permanently gets rid of something too dangerous to keep alive. MVP of this deck for how long ive played has got to go to Markov Blademaster if she gets out fast will win games on her own if she is protected with shourd or haste unless they have a blocker she will make short work of the table.

The deck can work in a number of ways. You can easily go voltron with Olivia with equipment on her. Swarm with vampires and stolen creatures and if you get a good hand go in for an aggro beatdown without the help of Olivia. The deck isnt dependant on the commander and with some minor changes with the side cards it can be mono black for theme Drana can head but any of the mono black legends could lead.

The deck has some some interesting combos and interactions. It does have 2 infinite damage combos they are in the deck for vampiric theme but arent needed to win. The classic saguine bond + exquisite blood combo, the Mindcrank + Bloodchief Ascension combo with Painful Quandary and Oppression to lock the combo from interaction from others because if they try and cast a spell to interact at all the combo forces them discarding cards or loss of life which then kills them in response with there spell being removed from the stack when they die. Its an interesting lock to create with the only avanvue being already present effects to remove one of the cards that does not first send a card to the grave as a cost.
