Removed:
Rune-Scarred Demon expensive, didn't fit theme, can't flicker it, and is typically not reusable.
Bloodgift Demon didn't fit tribal theme, and needed to lower the curve
Pristine Talisman too slow, minimal effect
Barren Moor slow land, curve got lowered
Wound Reflection too slow, never lasts long, and people only ever attacked me
Increasing Ambition too expensive, replaced with cheaper tutor

Added:
Viscera Seer good sac outlet for triggering Grave Pact effects, also can help weed out dead draws
Shred Memory decent graveyard hate, but the Transmute effect is great for finding Exsanguinate, Vampire Hexmage, Shattering Pulse when you really need them.
Tragic Slip great for handling indestructible creatures like Ulamog or Avacyn
Chaos Warp fun for tucking generals, removing planeswalkers or indestructible creatures
Vandalblast this deck needed more artifact hate, and boy does this one hate!
Shattering Pulse reusable artifact destruction
