Life is just another resource. Oloro, Ageless Ascetic provides tons of value both on and off the field. While the deck is more Orzhov than Esper, blue gives us access to a few value cards. Drain their life, drain your life, generate some value, and win the game.

Exquisite Blood may not be in the deck, but I do want to include Sanguine Bond . Defiant Bloodlord serves as a creature based Bond. While two life per turn is chump change, the Bond and Bloodlord begin to generate some significant value with Words of Worship . Gain life, pay a colorless to Oloro, pay a colorless to Words of Worship , and repeat. For every two mana you spend, you gain 5 life and drain each opponent for one, and one opponent for an additional 5. Alhammarret's Archive serves double duty in this situation. Gain life, pay your one, let the draw trigger Alhammarret's replacement effect, and pay one on the extra card. Two colorless now offers 10 life, drains each opponent for one, and drains another opponent for an additional 10.

Greed , Erebos, God of the Dead , Chainer, Dementia Master , Minion of the Wastes , Phyrexian Processor , and a slew of other cards allow you to spend all of the life you've gained.

If creatures don't end the game for you, and Oloro is too slow, then Bond of Agony , Debt to the Deathless , and friends should be able to end it late game.

I suspect Soul Warden and Soul's Attendant are a bit redundant in this deck. While more lifegain triggers are good for Ajani's Pridemate , Bloodbond Vampire , and other lifegain triggered cards, we want to be careful of oversaturating the decks.

Yes, I noticed the lack of Felidar Sovereign . Also, Chalice of Life   isn't here. I don't want such an easy "I win" card in Felidar Sovereign , and Chalice of Life   really isn't that great outside of untap shenanigans. This isn't the deck I want to build around untapped.
