What it does NOT have:

1) The deck has no lifegain (you win the game) win conditions because I think those are cheesy since Commander starts with 40 life anyway and getting above 50 life is pretty easy.

2) No Tutors. Tutoring those win conditions takes away from the format in my opinion. Having 100 card singleton is about variance and makes for different exciting games every time. Having no tutors keeps to the spirit of that.

3) No Crazy OP early drops, Ancient Tomb, Serra Ascendant. Yes these cards are vulnerable to removal, but if there is no answer within the first 4 turns, the game could be over for someone on turn 3-4 which does not feel like a good game of commander to me.

What it DOES have:

With that said, this deck is still very powerful. Oloro is inherently durable and runs the colors to make board presence very competitive. If you happen to draw combo pieces then good game you win! If not, the cards are strong enough by themselves. Overall, a nice balance for a deck with many different win conditions that make every game a surprise to its user. (Standard creature attacks, Commander Damage, Mill, Insurrection effects, reanimation, Lifegain-damage)
