This is a fairly budget style build to enhancing the olora commander deck you can purchase for pretty fair prices atm... got my edh deck for $25 australian which is super impressive and used some cards i had lying around and bought a few extra cards to improve it into an imposing and fun to play deck! If you wanted to take this deck further you could supplement various OP cards such as serra ascendant and arch-angel of thune! This commander deck utilises as much life gain advantage as possible, since the commander is all about sitting waiting watching and living forever that's how i wanted to play the deck... So finally this is the deck i ended up with...
