Thanks for the suggestions, I like the idea of Perplex in the deck as a tutor and counter. I am also trying to squeeze in either Stifle or Trickbind (or both) and Slaughter Pact. I am thinking about getting rid of Elspeth, Knight-Errant, Last Word, and Fated Retribution as the replacements for said cards. Think this a good idea?

Well if you like cards like last word you could put in the land Boseiju, Who Shelters All .
I personally do not like Fated Retribution , that being said i do feel you have quite a full wraths in your sorcery slot. i would try and cut an instant speed wrath somewhere. The fact that Fated Retribution is instant speed can make a world of difference.
If you want to Cut a planeswalker i personally would cut Tamiyo, the Moon Sage sure her ultimate is funny, but if you manage to get to Elespeth, knight-errant's your permanents could live through all your wrath you have complied in the sorcery board. Plus if you are stuck with a poor board state Elespeth is capable of helping you stabalize until you can get a better state.
As for Slaughter Pact why not run Dismember or Swords to Plowshares .Dismember can be cast for 1 at the cost of four life. Swords to Plowshares is a staple period. That all being said i feel Slaughter Pact is a decent card. which ever your better judgement says i feel would be great. Just my opinion.

Thanks again for the suggestions. I did add in Slaughter Pact because it is a removal spell that I can play while completely tapped out (on those few occasions). I did take out the tamiyo for the Perplex because it just does more for me than tamiyo. Then I took out the Wrath of God and Evolving Wilds for Boseiju, Who Shelters All and Stifle . Still thinking about adding in the trickbind, but not completely sure if it is needed.

Hmm... Why not have Vizkopa Guildmage ? If you have a good deal of mana, and having a hard time trying to wrap up the game, comboing it with Sphinx's Revelation might help finish off the game quicker, or give you a brief advantage.

I usually don't have a problem wrapping up games as I am meant to look like I am not a threat (or it cost them to attack me) and win when my opponents kill each other. This actually works more often then not because I take a political position as a play. I have seen a lot of Oloro decks run Vizkopa Guildmage , but I don't think I need it currently. If anything I am going to try and fit Athreos, God of Passage into the deck somehow.

If you are interested I run a very similar Deck.Esper Life Gain
Bojuka Bog / Necromancer's Covenant + Venser, the Sojourner 's +2 allows you wipe everyones graveyards and potentially make yourself some lifelink zombies.

As of right now I only have about 11 permanents that have ETB effects, so as of now the Venser may not be worth it. As for the covenant, I don't really care about exiling all of my opponent's graveyards. If I did, then I would run cards like Leyline of the Void or Rest in Peace . If I were to fit in Venser, what would I take out? I am having a difficult time trying to figure out which card to take out of for Athreos, God of Passage .

I reset the comments for this deck and moved some of the updates into one to reduce scrolling. If anyone has any suggestions on how to make this deck stronger, please leave a comment below. I don't want any instant win combos or instant win cards in the deck, I prefer a more interactive game. So if anyone has any suggestions, please keep that in mind.
Thanks for any futures suggestions and/or +1's :)

Thanks, it has taken a while to get to this point. Can't wait for future releases to see if I can make it better. I looked at your decklist and suggestions and most of them are what I have received before, which is what has lead to this version of the deck.

I have not even suggested anything besides cards from mine. Just wondering which did you think I meant?

The only creature I would recommend that you don't use yet, which I have very few creatures in mine, is Glen Elendra Archmage . I would also suggest Mana Drain , that is an awesome counterspell especially in edh though it is not cheap either. Maybe Oblation but it seems you kind of have that covered with utter end and return to dust, well oblation can be broken when used on someone's commander. People use Spin into Myth for the same reason.

Thanks for the suggestions (even though I am way late to respond). I have always wanted to add in Mana Drain and Glen Elendra Archmage, but always seem to find something else to use instead. I may add them eventually, but I like the list as is right now and would have a hard time figuring out what to remove. Again thanks for the suggestions.

Umm no it is not, that is 1v1 french rules. Most people play commander in multiplayer settings that I know of.

Yeah, I don't ever build a commander deck for 1v1 French rules. I don't like them is the big reason, plus I don't know why Oloro would be banned. Feels like laziness and complaints to me.

Why not put a Sanguine Bond in? it is the opposite of Exquisite Blood and triggers more often due to Oloro. And it even causes an insta-kill combo at the start of your turn if you have both of these enchantments out because they trigger each other off to do infinite damage and gain infinite life. I don't know if this deck likes insta-win type stuff, but I feel that Sanguine Bond would be an apt addition.

NinjaBunny01 says... #22
Infinite anything is something I am trying to avoid. I was going to use one of the two enchantments, so I ended up going with Exquisite Blood over Sanguine Bond because it fits the theme of trying to out live my opponents and doesn't make me a huge target. Thanks for the suggestion though.

Updated the deck with most recent changes, still wanting to add in cards from the maybeboard. Just don't know what to take out for any of them.

I applaud your deck description, and the design choices you've made.
Oloro can be built in many different ways, and I doubt that there are many suggestions that can be made that you didn't consider. For the sake of posterity, a favourite combo of mine that seems obvious to me, but I have had many people remark that they never thought of is Necropotence + Venser's Journal .
If you haven't already seen it, my Oloro deck is Two Words... I'm Sorry... and I always welcome comments and +1s.

Since you run so many creatures, and also so many boardwipes, why not run Volrath's Stronghold for added creature recursion?
+1 for a nicely pimped out, foil Oloro deck list.

I would Recommend Hinder and/or Spell Crumple for Commander control. i would also recommend Orim's Chant for creature control. Silent Sentinel would be sick with your Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre . JsRender Silent is a bit harder to cast but it good against ramp/combo decks.
On a separate note Perplex is a decent tutor and counter, and works with Grip of Amnesia or Rest in Peace .
Absorb is another harder counter to cast but offers control and life gain.Hindering Light is another life gain/counter spell.
