The plan was to make a deck that plays around Omen Machine. When you combo Omen Machine with AEther Storm and one of the following cards (Wheel and Deal, Day's Undoing, Time Spiral.) you get put into a position where your opponent has no hand and can only cast non creature spells from the top of their library. Of course you are in the same predicament but the rest of the deck is build around this mechanic. The main win conditions are 21 damage with commander and/or just slowly killing them with a Celestial Colonnade or Approach of the Second Sun. The deck seems clunky but it will work if you get the lands.
