Ok, so I tried for a while to play the Progenitus in a modern and competitive way, and here we go with the amazing Planar Bridge.

If you have Progenitus in hand, you can use Geier Reach Sanitarium to put it back in your deck.

The Planar Bridge give a lot of possibilities depending on what you are facing :

• If you want a board wipe, just fetch for a Ugin, the Spirit Dragon
• If you casted your Bridge on turn 3, and it's turn 4, just fetch a Progenitus
• If you are hoping to gain some turns, fetch a Platinum Angel
• If you want to blast your opponent, a planeswalker or creatures, fetch for Dragonlord Atarka

Don't forget to not fetch for Eldrazis because their abilities trigger when you cast them and Planar Bride only makes you place it on the battlefield.

I'm thinking about replacing Endbringer with a Dragonlord Kolaghan, it could counter Dredge.

So yeah it's probably not totally optimized but it's still playable.
