These are some adjustments I want to try out:
Feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Mystic for Rhystic sounds decent. I personally would never sacrifice Burgeoning for Carpet, but if you want to give it a try, go for it. Chromatic Orrery is massively overrated in my opinion. But you will only know from testing.

unwucht, thank you for the feedback! What do you think would be a better cut for Carpet of Flowers? I don’t want to cut Burgeoning, but it was the only thing that came to mind besides Farseek. Hopefully Mystic Remora is better. I can’t see anyone paying to counter the draw and the cumulative upkeep should be easy to pay for us. Chromatic Orrery could very well be overrated, but like you said, won’t know until it’s tested. So I’ll give it a shot.

Well, Carpet of Flowers is a bit situational of course, but the main question is: How much mana do you have to gain in your main phase until you consider it to be worth it? I'd probably switch out a mana dork like Birds of Paradise for it: If you gain more than one mana you already have a net win.

unwucht, Carpet of Flowers should be a great way to make the deck faster and provide an over abundance of mana to empty into one of our sinks, most specifically Finale of Devastation. BTW I cut the Forest and replaced it with Dryad Arbor. So if we roll out an early Tooth and Nail that isn’t quite ready for Craterhoof Behemoth/Avenger of Zendikar, we can grab Emiel the Blessed/Dockside Extortionist for infinite mana (assuming there are at least 4 enchantments/artifacts on your opponent’s field). This will give us the win with a fetch grabbing the Dryad. Assuming it checked out, I had a turn 4 win with that combo in testing. Also, Chromatic Orrery has won me over in testing and will become a permanent in my list. Normally I’d say the card is too expensive and not worth the add, but it is so easy to get out by turn 4-5. Plus, I’ve known people to spend the same amount of mana into a Zendikar Resurgent and to me I feel like I get more out of the orrery.

Have you played your deck against your playgroup recently, unwucht? It would be great to hear how the games go. I wish I could provide my own results, but apparently life just gets in the way and scheduling conflict with my guys have been unreal.

With Dryad Green Sun's Zenith becomes very viable for ramp and other shenanigans!

rkjunior, it does provide synergy with the deck. I’ve just always felt that it is one of the weaker options for draw out there. Personally, I have never cared to run it any landfall deck that I’ve created, but if you feel it’s worth a shot, give it a try.

rkjunior Tireless Tracker is so much better, because you can spend the mana on card draw when you want to.

Starsky2814 with infection numbers rising my region is getting close to a lockdown again, currently. Therefore we canceled our game night yesterday. It sucks to be reasonable when so many others just ignore the state of the world and keep partying on. But it was the correct decision. Maybe we can arrange a few games over discord/video chat in the future.

unwucht, yeah, I’m considering doing the same and video chatting some games with my friends. It seems to be the only way to get games in these days.

Feel free, both of you, to add me on Discord and we can try jamming some games on Spelltable. Same username as here just add #0727

If anyone wants to jam on MTGO, add me at 'rkjunior' there too. I'm on East Coast time in the US.
Played in paper on Friday and won 1 of 2 pods. Finale of Revelation is ridiculous when you cast it for 20 haha

Had a game with some friends recently! Valakut Exploration did super well for me with Ancient Greenwarden! Also, got a huge Nahiri's Lithoforming off and that ended up winning the game!

rkjunior, I did something similar yesterday. I cast Finale of Revelation for 15, got to untapped Gaea's Cradle, drew into a Finale of Devastation and hit that for 10 to bring out Craterhoof Behemoth. The deck just takes off running and there is no slowing down.
CoolCat7271, that’s great, thank you for sharing! I’m glad that you took the win. Nahiri's Lithoforming has definitely been one of my favorite cards in the deck.

I'm officially on the hunt for a Carpet of Flowers to replace Noble Hierarch after seeing it in action a few more times.

rkjunior, Carpet of Flowers is definitely worth the add. I cut Wayward Swordtooth for it. I think you’d probably like Chromatic Orrery as well.

What I really like is that despite the difference being only a few cards, our decks take different approaches now. Me, sticking to you Ghostly Flicker and Dualcaster Mage for an additional combo and Omnath, Locus of the Roil for flavour and card draw begins to make a difference.

It’s awesome how much the three decks have come along and have evolved. I had a win without ever casting Omnath, Locus of Creation. I pulled it off with Gruul Turf + Retreat to Coralhelm + Sakura-Tribe Scout with Valakut Exploration in play. Since I had infinite landfall triggers, I did enough to deal lethal damage at my end step. This deck is full of ways to walk away with the win.

Exactly this is what makes me love this deck so much: the versatility. There are a lot of decklists out there which try to assembly their single-one combo to pull off a win. This deck is so versatile, it is a joy to play and search for the next combo.

unwucht, I agree. Nothing against those who prefer to play single win combo decks, but IMO, I find builds like that to be so boring to play, when they revolve around being one track minded. They load their decks up with counter cards to save their win pieces, but the “off chance” a piece is removed, the deck is now unplayable and you have to scoop. I prefer multiple ways to pull off a win. It keeps the deck from going stale.

CoolCat7271, I’ll probably cut Farseek for it. I am excited for that reprint. It’s about time!
