TheAlmightyPillock, I had some kind of error in judgement because I saw him then I removed him from the deck but he is truly too good to not add to the deck thanks for the comment

Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger would be a good addition. I know it is not an elemental, but still something to consider. Deck looks great though!

thedestoroyah I am trying to keep it close to 100 dollars for a play group I am in so he is too expensive otherwise he is a great add if you wanted to make it more expensive

thedestoroyah Personally I would avoid Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger in all but the most cut-throught of playgroups. We ended up asking people not to play him in our group because he just ruins the fun.

I used the bare bones you your deck to help me designMy Own.The very large Maybe Board also has many cards that I definitely want but are to expensive as well as cards that I am undecided about. That and I am hoping that there will be many new cards to fill the remaining slots.

If you're looking to wipe the board you could easily add in Blasphemous Act which I would assume in most cases would essentially read pay R and do a crap load of damage to your opponent(s), haha. Chain Reaction would be another option as well.

Fecundity or Elemental Bond? And while she isn't an elemental Rakka Mar because they are not going to be happy with her elemental friends showing up each turn. It would be more fun if they had trample, but what can you do?
Also in my own version of this deck, I'm trying to figure out how to make Force of Savagery work because he seems hilarious to me.

LupineShadow on Fecundity and Elemental Bond I like them both but elemental bond is probably the better so I don't fuel my opponents. Rakka Mar is really good and I didn't know about her so thanks she is a definite add.
Force of Savagery could work with Crown of Vigor or Mighty Emergence if you didn't know of them

Actually it dies first because state based actions come before items on the stack. That's why I've been considering anthem effects. As for Fecundity I'm probably going to run it as well as a back up just because and I figure against most decks the card advantage I get out of it with my quasi-fragile but fiery trampling elementals will be worth it.
This is my fun and janky take on this commander. I'm going to try proxying the deck with some friends of mine. We usually have fun and a buddy of mine already thinks that Omnath is going to provide for some interesting games.

LupineShadow the two main decks in my store are slivers and tokens so Fecundity is a bit to big of a risk for me. I bet this deck is gonna be fun I just am missing a few cards and then it is complete

Warstorm Surge and Where Ancients Tread are great for extra damage, especially with Omnath landfall triggers.
Gaea's Revenge is a really strong elemental in general that could probably fit into the deck.
Walker of the Grove is pretty good because of it's cost flexibility. Evoke it with Warstorm Surge and Omnath out and you just dealt 14 damage for 5 mana and kept a 4/4 elemental on the board.

higgybaby Walker of the Grove is in the deck currently. Gaea's Revenge is most likely making it in just got to make the cuts. The two enchantments are gonna be hard they would work really well but I wouldn't know what to remove but I will think about it for sure. Thanks for the suggestions!
October 6, 2015 8:36 p.m.
The 2 enchantments are worth having vs any of the lower powered elementals in the deck, that's 10 damage per elemental if they are both on the field. Also Titania is an elemental that def needs to be in this deck.
October 8, 2015 10:57 a.m.
Here are some of the elementals I don't feel are necessary:
Pyroclast Consul seems underwhelming to me. If you choose to reveal an elemental, it deals 2 damage to ALL creatures, which could very often mean your own tokens/smaller creatures dying. If that was your idea in order to get Omnath bolts, I'd say a sac outlet like Spawning Pit or Goblin Bombardment is a cheaper and better alternative.
Faultgrinder also seems underwhelming. It's very expensive targeted land destruction in the form of an evoke-able elemental. I feel that if you need targeted land destruction, you'd be better off with land that does the job such as Strip Mine, Wasteland, Ghost Quarter, etc. These lands also combo with Titania, Protector of Argoth for more elemental tokens. If you wanted, you could even Ghost Quarter your own land for two Titania triggers and an extra Omnath landfall trigger, but situations that call for that are pretty rare (Back to Basics making some of your lands useless would be one).
Spitebellows is a very iffy card to me in this deck. Evoking elementals is a cool mechanic with Omnath, but in most cases you should be evoking Spitebellows before Omnath has dropped. After Omnath has hit the board, you should have plenty of bolts in order to control the board and remove threats. I fear that the 6 damage to target creature that Spitebellows offers could be redundant in this deck and the deck spot that Spitebellows is occupying would be better filled with one of the ETB damage enchantments I mentioned earlier.

ryano1124 I had Far Wanderings in the deck. Not really sure how I feel about it.
October 13, 2015 11:31 p.m.
why do you have Hostility when you have no spells that cause damage to players? You have lots of ramp which is good but I find that that hits a limit most of the time where you can't get any more basic lands. some way to put your lands into your library would be good. I don't know of a good way to do that. Better sac outlets would be good too: Ashnod's Altar, Phyrexian Altar seem good to me. I'm not a fan of Where Ancients Tread because it's a less-good Warstorm Surge, but maybe it works for you.

robox, Hostility is a good 6 drop for a 6/6 with haste and when it dies I shuffle it into my library.Ashnod's Altar is going in, Phyrexian Altar may go in when I get the money. Between the last two I haven't really played with them enough to feel them yet.

Atrent3 thanks! Yeah they work well with all the landfall I am trying to accomplish.
October 27, 2015 3:16 p.m.
I'm thinking about the great arura. What are your thoughts on that card. I find sometimes the land stops falling because its all out.
October 27, 2015 9:04 p.m.
AlmondReport says... #23
Atrent3 I think the card is ok but a good synergy I found was between Crucible of Worlds and lands you have to sacrifice such as Wooded Foothills or Evolving Wilds and also cards like Scapeshift, although crucible and scapeshift would cost around 60$. A possibility to add if you need more budget cards is Storm Cauldron, it has a bit of a downside but at least you can always drop lands. Thawing Glaciers is a card you can constantly bounce to your hand so you can get off more landfall triggers. You could also destroy all the lands on the field and use cards like Elixir of Immortality to shuffle said lands into your library. The Great Aurora could work but you will most likely have a full hand and have to discard some cards.
