My idea was to use devotion as fuel for the mana ramp, cast a mega-points Genesis Wave, and end up with 3 potential win cons:

1) Overwhelming creature advantage from Genesis Wave, swinging for lots the next turn

2) Self-decking to activate the Laboratory Maniac win con

3) Use Chameleon Colossus to deal 1 billion+ damage

Yes, that's 1,000,000,000 damage. Granted a lot has to go right, but we're not really talking about a practical strategy here. It would look something like this:

On the board you have Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx and 2-3 Kiora's Follower/ Voyaging Satyr, with a Khalni Hydra or two on the board. Cast Genesis Wave for 20-30, now you have more hydras, more devotion, and hey, there's that Chameleon Colossus. With more devotion and 3-4 resets for the Shrine to Nyx (even more if you have a Shrine to Nyx in your hand), then you're getting into the 112+ mana territory, more than enough to double Chameleon Colossus' power enough times to do ONE BILLION DAMAGE.

And then hopefully your opponent casts Chastise .

And then hopefully that Laboratory Maniac win con works out.

I'm not sure the ramp is as well built as it could be, also may want to insert more lands, but would welcome any feedback!

112+mana = double Chameleon Colossus' Power 28 times = 1 billion damage

UPDATE: Now Modern-ized, thanks to Ulamoguy for the suggestion!

UPDATE, again: Trying out Chameleon Colossus, thanks to OpenFire. The only downside is that it requires 112 mana total for 1 billion damage, as opposed to 90 for the Feral Animist , but that's not an obstacle, it's a challenge!
