The most fun you'll ever have playing mono blue!

This is, at its core, a deck trying to do neat lil interactions with lands. A lot of these interactions generate value, some end the game. I find new lines all the time when I'm playing this deck, and I'll try to keep track of them here.

Amulet of Vigor + Patron of the Moon is the main engine in the deck. The deck is designed so that any of the conditional tutors can get a different tutor, and all the lines can get you Amulet. In addition to these 2 cards, you need either Storm Cauldron or (1) a way to go up on mana and (2) a way to bounce lands to hand. Once you have that, you can win with Sunscorched Desert , Blue Sun's Zenith , Arch of Orazca , etc.

Retreat to Coralhelm + Walking Atlas puts any number of lands from your hand onto the battlefield. Wins with Sunscorched Desert or Uyo, Silent Prophet and any spell you'd want to copy infinite times.

All of the fetches (with the exception of Fabled Passage ) can get you Mystic Sanctuary .

Amulet of Vigor + Fabled Passage gets you an extra mana out of the land you fetch. Crumbled Vestige works similarly.

Crucible of Worlds + Inventors' Fair : if you tutor out Crucible with Fair, you can replay Fair and tutor out other artifacts.

Mystic Sanctuary + Walk the Aeons plus a way to bounce Sanctuary to hand gets you infinite turns.
