Lotleth troll is a key factor as you can see with Hardened Scales in Play. Not just lotleth troll having the ability to sac creatures to pump him up, but as Diregraf Colossus Or Unbreathing Horde is on the stack while doing so is incredible. At the same time, having Hardened Scales in Play is even better

Hardened Scales(FIRST TURN) Lotleth Troll (SECOND TURN) Diregraf Colossus (THIRD TURN) Sacrificing Gravecrawler, Slitherhead (able to sac for while in your graveyard for another +1/+1 Counter) or any other creatures you don't feel is necessary for you game
