The Monks have spent forever finding out just what makes Elusive Spellfist so dang elusive. Well, at least in this deck it's because his SKIN IS GONE. Who would want to block THAT?

A fast agro deck taking advantage of phyrexian mana, cheap red aggro buffs, and prowess to swing for game around turn 3. 8 life isn't a lot to pay for victory!

Inside Out turns Spellfist into a 4/1 unblockable instantly. Just throw away life for +12/+12 (or +4/0 and 4 direct damage/kill blockers with Gut Shot), and use an Assault Strobe to make those alright numbers enough to kill early game and finish off when momentum starts to get away from you.

If you don't have Elusive Spellfist + Inside Out then Distortion Strike + Monastery Swiftspear do almost the same thing!

Late game you're still something to be afraid of with ANY SPELL. Everyone quakes at Mistfire Adept flying Bloodfire Enforcers over blockers, with Shu Yun, the Silent Tempest giving them double strike.

This can be a budget deck if you cut Sulfur Falls. I will never understand why that card is $10 while most other combo lands like that are ~$5
