(The predictions were made before the prerelease event on MTGA and will not change going forward. It exists as a way to reflect on how my initial thoughts on the power level of cards compare to their eventual place in the format.)

The ratings are meant to be a rough indication of the tiers of the decks the cards might see play in. For example, I gave Bloated Contaminator an S because based on the cards we have gotten in the set, I think there's a chance that a strong green-based toxic deck could emerge, or alternatively a mono-green aggro deck. Cards with a D rating are mostly lower rarity cards that I found interesting and worth maybe playing in a budget deck.
