Survive with your vampire life-gain and rattlesnake effects until you can get Bolas's Citadel out, then cast your deck until you win through combo, life drain, or massive vampire attacks.

Lifegain

Blood Artist, Cruel Celebrant, Malakir Bloodwitch, Soul Warden, Soul's Attendant, Vindictive Vampire, Revival / Revenge, Bontu's Monument, Tainted Sigil, Children of Korlis, Exquisite Blood, and Aetherflux Reservoir all keep us from dying while we blow through the deck with Bolas's Citadel.
