This is my take on Narset. I haven't looked on EDHREC, other people's decks, or just spent huge amounts of money on it either.

The idea is you ramp into Narset, which is kind of easier because of the mana rocks I run and just attack, sometimes it's alright to let her die.

There are a few ways to win with this deck so here's a few that I see and know.

If you attack with Narset and get Enter the Infinite then unless someone has a counter in hand you have potential to win right then and there.

  1. Cast Enter the Infinite and put Omniscience on top of your deck.

  2. Cast Fury of the Hoard by removing two red cards from your hand.

  3. Attack with Narset and get Omniscience for free.

  4. Cast Approach of the Second Sun twice. You have to cast it from your hand the second time so if you use enough Cantrips like Ponder and Serum Visions then you could get it easily. You can also use Enter the Infinite to get Omniscience , cast it, then cast Approach of the Second Sun and redraw it with Cantrips and win.

Another one is purely a Voltron Strategy. There's tons of extra turn and extra combat cards in this deck so it's like Jojo's Bizarre Adventure and you're gonna use The World to stop time and attack more.

I just wanted to make a little spot just for Helm of the Host and what it can do. It's more effective than Strionic Resonator because it's a completely new Narset that isn't legendary, meaning you can use a kicked, copied 8 times Rite of Replication to have 42 Narsets out and if they don't have an answer by the next turn then you're almost guaranteed the win.
There's a few cards that let you do way more with your turn. Aminatou's Augury is an iffy spell in the deck but it can help you reach one of your wincons way sooner. Mind's Desire is amazing at any point of the game even if it's storming for one. Volcanic Visions is recursion and a boardwipe all in one, what more could you want!

You can do a lot of copying in this deck, Bonus Round is a great one to get with an extra turn card or two, Swarm Intelligence is amazing on it's own, Chandra, the Firebrand sees a chance to copy a spell or two before inevitably dying, Thousand-Year Storm is really great, Howl of the Horde is amazing, and sometimes you use Insidious Will to copy a spell.

You can do extra combat steps with Seize the Day , Relentless Assault , Fury of the Horde , and the second half of Response / Resurgence is sometimes an extra combat if she's already untapped.

Now that you're doing more with your turn, you can do more turns. It's not that complicated, extra turn cards like Part the Waterveil , Temporal Trespass , Beacon of Tomorrows , Nexus of Fate , Walk the Aeons , Expropriate is a big one, Karn's Temporal Sundering doesn't always get cast due to Narset dying sometimes before I have the chance, and Stitch in Time is always a maybe.

I run a lot of removal cards because she's the only creature in the deck. I run her as the only creature because if I ran any other creatures they'd get in the way, she works alone. I don't run counterspells that only counter spells because they'd also get in the way of Narset's freebies, like Insidious Will counters, redirects, or copies so it's versatile enough to not get in the way. I run things that some people probably wouldn't run in the deck because they won't think of it like Iona's Blessing because it's vigilance and it lets her block twice. I also run Brutal Expulsion because it can bounce a spell OR creature AND shock something and exile it, it's perfect and versatile enough to be good almost anywhere. Also Mana Severance is an amazing card for this deck because if you have no lands then you can only get pure profit from attacking.

Narset is a great commander for many things like Superfriends, Storm, Spell Slinger, Stax, Chaos, Voltron, Burn, and maybe even some weird Squee combo deck if you're feeling cheeky enough.

She's overall a great commander and I'm always astonished when I play against somebody else's Narset deck and what it does.

This deck is deck 3 of 32 on my effort to build one deck for every possible color combination.
