Just an Oona, Queen of the Fae mill deck. The best part about Oona is she EXILES the cards, they don't ever hit the graveyard. Grand Architect + Pili-Pala for unlimited COLORED mana, of either Dimir color. From there, you can use the mana to either Exsanguinate to get your opponent's life to 0, or you can Blue Sun's Zenith and just make them mill their entire deck.
