Oona herself was made for Combo, and thats just what this deck does best. Her colors give you access to the strongest two combo colors in Blue and Black. Most of cEDH's top decklists consist of having both these colors, with some exceptions of course (Urza to name one of the few).

The deck basically plays around the infinite mana combos:

Grim Monolith + Power Artifact

Basalt Monolith + Power Artifact

Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth

Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter with any amount of mana rocks producing 3+ mana

Once Infinite mana has been achieved you:

Exile their decks from the game with: Oona, Queen of the Fae.

You have plenty of protection from your opponents with many two drop counterspells, which you constantly reload into your hand with tutors, wheels, and draw spells. The same goes for mana rocks and utility spells.

If you have to revert to Beatdown due to your opponents targeting you, remember Oona is a 5/5 Flyer, and her ability on the endstep before your turn can be very strong by providing you with multiple 1/1 Flyers (Hint: Go for the single color intensive decks.)

This deck takes control early, and wins around midgame. If the game goes late, by that time you should have plenty of cards in hand and ways around what your opponents are playing.

The number one cEDH combo in the deck is Thassa's Oracle, Tainted Pact and/or Demonic Consultation. If you follow those up with the addition of Jace, Wielder of Mysteries and you've got yourself a fast two card combo thats quick and effective.

The number two cEDH Combo wins using the same means as the one above but causes you to pile the cards in the correct Sequence to get them out. The doomsday package consists of Unearth, Predict, Pact of Negation, Thassa's Oracle, and Gitaxian Probe

Step 1: cast doomsday while holding a draw spell: Brainstorm, Ponder, or anything else that will let you cast or draw from the top of the deck.

Step 2: Place them in order of Top->Down: Predict, Thassa's Oracle, Unearth, Gitaxian Probe, Pact of Negation.

Step 3: Draw/cast predict naming Thassa's oracle. . .Thassa's Oracle will enter the graveyard, and you'll draw two.

Step 4: Cast gitaxian probe to draw Pact of Negation, and cast Unearth targeting Thassa's oracle. Win with counter magic backup.

NOTE: This is all based on you holding up counter defense or your opponents not being able to play anything from being tapped out... DOOMSDAY IS AN ALTERNATE WINCON IN THIS DECK AND IS NOT THE MAIN SPOTLIGHT.

The third and final combo is Bolas's Citadel and Aetherflux Reservoir as this combo combined with Sensei's Divining Top is a wincon by cracking top, casting top off the top of the library, gaining life, and then hitting your opponent with Aetherflux's ability. You can essentially hit all three opponents if this combo is successfully played.

Aetherflux helps with multiple life gain throughout the game as long as it stays out.

Bolas's Citadel is a strong artifact that can help win the game faster the longer it stays out on the battlefield. At times we prefer this over Necropotence.

This deck is not supposed to be the immediate Tier 1 go to, its not supposed to win the game on turn 1 but can win early if played properly. The deck can keep up with the Urzas, the Kess's, and at times the Thrasios/Tymnas of the world. If you like what you see, go ahead and give it an up-vote!!!
