This is a mostly Budget Oona, Queen of the Fae deck that focuses less on infinite mana combos and more on generating value by creating and sacrificing tokens. I wanted to take the token strategies usually seen in more green-based token decks and try to apply it to UB, but with the additional strengths of blue's card draw. As a result, a lot of the necessary ramp in this deck (Oona is a very mana-hungry Queen) comes from artifacts like Mind Stone and Basalt Monolith. Use the tokens as sacrifice fodder for Mind Slash and the like, or just play a Coat of Arms and fly right into an opponents face!

Note: Token intention aside, If/when I get a Rings of Brighthearth it will be going right into this deck.

All Stars of the deck:

Oblivion Sower - Oona's ability exiles, so late game Sower comes in and can ramp you 5-10 lands at times. Amazing when playing against a land-heavy deck.

Training Grounds - This reduces Oona's ability by 2 mana which drastically increases the amount of potential tokens she can make.
