This deck can be seen as either a weird variation of storm or a format change to oops all spells. It's a combo deck built with points as Black Lotus (7), Tainted Pact (1), and Yawgmoth's Will (2).

The deck takes advantage of Zendikar's modal cards to hit land drops while running Balustrade Spy + Hermit Druid + Undercity Informer to mill out the deck. Once the deck is milled, Narcomoeba comes into play and Lingering Souls is binned for flashback. Getting three creatures into play allows for Dread Return flashback, reanimating Thassa's Oracle for the win. Cabal Therapy can be flashbacked to self-discard a combo piece that made its way to your hand.

If we find Goblin Charbelcher , one activation will mill the deck for damage, usually bringing the opponent to 0.

We run plenty of spell-based mana sources, which can ramp us into the six mana spy/informer win, a belcher play and activation on the same turn, or tutor plays. These also allow us to play storm spells to survive, or with Tendrils of Agony , to win. These mana sources can benefit from recursion like Yawgmoth's Will .

I currently run a version of this deck without green, where more blue card manipulation is used and the deck stumbles on mana less often.
