No this is not my deck. Like with my previous Legacy deck I wanted to put it here to play around with it, and since Dig Through Time is now banned in legacy I can't play reset/hightide.
Since the only reason I'd write a guide for how to use it would be for other people I'm not going to, unless someone would like to see.
Let me repeat! I didn't build this deck, but I can't remember where I found it either so I'm not trying to take credit by not siting I'm just saying I don't remember where I found it.
Note on the side board. It's not really used except in rare cases so you could literally just bring a random booster from whatever block you fancy it's something of a gimmick deck.

I decided to write the "General" idea down so people who may or may not look don't just think erhm what?
Essentially this is the way you want it to play out.
Step 1. Have an opening hand that can produce 4 mana.
Step 2. Have access to either Balustrade Spy or Undercity Informer.
Step 3. Generate your 4 mana and cast either of the above mentioned.
Step 4. Target yourself with either Balustrade Spy or Undercity Informer's ability.
Step 5. Put your entire library into your graveyard triggering Narcomoeba's effect.
Step 6. Sacrifice 3 Narcomoeba to flashback Dread Return targeting Angel of Glory's Rise.
Step 7. Put Azami, Lady of Scrolls and Laboratory Maniac from the graveyard to the battlefield.
Step 8. Tap Azami, Lady of Scrolls to draw a card and win with Laboratory Maniac's ability.
That's the general gist of playing this deck.
Just a note because i forgot to add it. The point of this deck is to win turn 1 and it's more than capable of doing so.
