I figured out that since Fireblast can be played with an alternate cost, you can just keep using it so long as you have Mountains out.

Combos:

Evolution Sage + Lord Windgrace

• Windgrace's -3 ability turns into a -1 after the two lands hit the field.

Fireblast + Titania, Protector of Argoth

• I get to spit out tokens each time I cast my spell, what with land leaving the battlefield.

Titania, Protector of Argoth + Fireblast + Crucible of Worlds + Azusa, Lost but Seeking

• The above combo, but with a net of +1 land per turn. Azusa and Crucible are listed, but any other cards with similar effects can work, too.

Eternity Vessel + Evolution Sage

• Makes this deck hard to kill.
