This is my most current version of my Kami of the Crescent Moon deck nicknamed "Oprah"

I generally dislike Blue/Control decks as they are often not very interactive. I figured the best way to interact with players as a control deck is feed them all the cards they want and speed up the board building process.

Oprah does nothing but give. With a ton of Howling Mine effects in the deck with a few Draw X spells we aim to deck out opponents. I want to be clear on this though, we aren't MILLING players, that's robbing players of cards. Players are literally drawing themselves to death. I'm GIVING them all those flashy EDH staples they want to play. It's not my problem if they can't cast all the cards they draw.

Key features of the deck:

-Low land count. I never miss a land drop with the amount of passive draw that occurs.

-Very little pillow fort permanents. I am not fond of the play style it forces on everyone in game. But sometimes you still need to armor up.

-Draw power is your political weapon. Throw down the passive draws and everyone will be happy. However, you should be selective with your targeted draw cards as they can influence others and easily make alliances. This is how you get through the early game.

- Unwinding Clock is probably the hardest working card in the deck and should be protected at all costs. Once it's in play your "Do whatever the hell I want" engine is on and everyone at the table will know it. Hold your counters for when the early game alliances are broken.

-This build is currently sub 250 dollars but could easily drop to a much more budget friendly range of around 150 dollars with the removal of the flashy cards like Cryptic Command and Pact of Negation .
