• Leech Bonder + Paradise Mantle = move -1/-1 counters as much as you want.
• Add Devoted Druid and you get infinite green mana and infinite -1/-1 counters to give
• With Necroskitter you get all those creatures to yourself
• Polymorphist's Jest + Soul Snuffers
• Devoted Druid + Quillspike

• With Drift of Phantasms or Perplex you can tutor Leech Bonder, Necroskitter , Quillspike and Polymorphist's Jest
• With Tolaria West you can tutor Paradise Mantle

Modern sultai cards that fits the theme. More budget the better, but if there is something ridiculously good cards for this deck I might make exceptions. Bear in mind that there is not that much room for changes so even if some card would be okay addition to this, it has to be better than what there already is.
