Cleric-based Pyre/Tutor based on Life-Drain.

Wincon 1: Life drain through enchantments and creatures 1) Sanguine Bond 2) Exquisite Blood 3) Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose

You can get these 2 down pretty quickly through any of the tutors and the proper land base. There are many other ways to trigger either of them through other cards in the deck until you complete the combo. Get the Academy Rector down quickly, and tutor for either enchantment. It's recommended to play them both within the smallest time frame of each other, as you'll pull a lot of hate from other players who know what's going on as soon as one of those enchantments hits the board.

Wincon 2: Heart of the cards 1) Pyre of Heroes 2) Demonic Tutor, Diabolic Tutor, Grim Tutor, Vampiric Tutor 2) Orah, Skyclave Hierophant

Use Orah's special ability combined with the Pyre of Heroes to simultaneously bring a weaker creature back from the graveyard and tutor for a bigger creature from the library. Be sure you know what you want before you Pyre it. This should get you almost anything you want, which brings me to Wincon 3

Wincon 3: Kill 'em with Kindness 1) Angel of Destiny

Yes, our pillow handed angel will heal you to death. By the time he hits the field, you will be a huge target. Ideally you can drop him, then swing on someone next turn. It might be worth waiting until someone is in a bad position to pull him, as he is a big target for removal.
