In its primary mode, this deck is an extremely efficient mono-white control deck that uses every wrath effect in the book, including even planar cleansing for the odd case when that becomes relevant, plus spot removal and some other useful control pieces.
Kor Cartographer provides ramp to the only kill condition, namely Iona. I've found that even 3-color shard decks are generally shut down by Iona, so long as you select whatever color has their removal. Even so, the deck has Emeria, the Sky Ruin, and 3x Iona, just in case.
The deck can be sideboarded into an incredible Black hoser by removing the Arrow Volley Traps, Blinding Mages, Harm's Ways, Silences, and a Planar Cleansing for the entire sideboard except World Queller.
The deck is highly effective against Jund decks of varying kinds, as it can generally take a Blightning to the face and keep on ticking quite well so long as it can keep pulling one of the 9 wrath effects in the deck.
It simply kills mono-black vampires for obvious reasons. In about a dozen matches against various builds, the deck hasn't yet lost. It hasn't lost a single game after sideboarding.
The most problematic archetypes are Red Deck Wins and other mono-white control. Red Deck wins doesn't need creatures to kill you (though the now-mainboarded Sunspring Expedition helps), and the mirror match comes down to who gets enough lands out first, though Kor Cartographer and the fairly high land ratio helps out.
