If you don't have much use for Heliod's other effects, only vigilance, Hold the Gates has lower CMC.

That is nice but... It is 3 CMC. Im so heavy on the 3 drops right now. Although that is great utility.

I don't know if it's excluded for price or other reasons but Voice of Resurgence seems to fit what this deck is doing perfectly, hard to kill effectively and if it does die we generate so many creatures and tokens it can get out of hand quickly!

Ah, no budget isnt a question, but im not at all sure why i never tried Voice in this deck...! I'll test it out by dropping...3 Banisher Priests (More of a sideboard card anyway)

Dryad Militant or Soldier of the Pantheon ? Sometimes i really want to enchant soldier with Unflinching Courage but i cant because Pro multi.

That was my thought too. The version of this I've been running has been a little more focused on the low end of the curve, Dryad Militant combined with Nykthos, shrine to nix makes it feel a little more reliable in terms of having green mana when I need it plus having the 8 one drops just makes. I've just never played a game where Voice didn't completely change how the opponent has to play. I've also been playing around with Eidolon of Countless Battles it costs one more than Unflinching Courage but I like the versatility and protection from board wipes. Overall love the deck, I'm with you I love mono white but the power of Voice+Fleecemane makes the deck really potent.

You need Trained Caracal for more kitty action!

Hey guys! This deck has been running great and I consistently top 5 every week at FNM! I dont think theres much more we can add to this deck, at least until Nyx comes out!
Thank you all for your comments and suggestions! <3

bump! With the new set fully spoiled, I think the most changes will be the sideboard with Deicide and Reprisal and Banishing Light . Considering mainboarding Launch the Fleet because who doesnt want a huge ass Voice token, and 2/2 soldiers?

Playing around with Ajani, Mentor of Heroes and Dictate of Heliod . But if i add those, this isnt really an 'aggro' deck any more. Maybe post rotation I can add those in.

I top 8 - came 6th specifically - at FNM yesterday! So that was fantastic. Everyone was running Junk based on that guys deck in the SCG Open. SOOOOO MANY BLOOD BARONS. I actually lost both games, but went 2-1 so i still earned a point - only one match was Junk, another was BW control...???? Packrat and Obzedat and Baron.... 2-1 there too.
Mono green 2-0.BW Aggro 2-0Junk Midrange 1-2BW Midrange 1-2Dimir Control 2-1
Yay :) Only thing is to put Debtor's Pulpit into sideboard against Blood Baron/Stormbreath Dragon (GR Monsters isnt a thing anymore so...darn you baron!)

Only being able to have one Ajani on the field at a time is a major bummer and after play testing several hands it seemed like I'd often have multiples in hand, with one on the board.
I think the deck could use some more aggressive 2-3 drops. Caryatid seemed like it was providing mana ramp towards nothing in most of the games I play tested. You could perhaps replace it.
July 13, 2014 9:31 p.m.
Hmm, I had Caryatid in to help play Nissa and Polukranos easier, but I suppose not really into anything else. AND maybe i was a little ambitious having 5 kinds of Ajani in the deck - I'll probably drop Caller and add another Mentor. If i were to drop the Caryatids....Do you think Aegis of the Gods or Ajani's Pridemate or something to replace it??
Thanks for playtesting a little, I appreciate it!

I really love the keyword VIGILANCE . Decided to keep Heliod, God of the Sun , even though it screws up the mana curve.
