This is a Sultai Control list for modern.I tried to use a spin off of tye Gerard Fabiano list he won with at SCG Baltimore in March of 2015. This deck a budget spin off without the Tarmogoyfs or Snapcaster Mages. I will get them eventually but at almost $1000 for a set of both I tried to make my way around them. Delver and Scavenging Ooze make good budget options.

This deck is designed to control your opponent throughout the game with Mana Leaks, Abrupt Decay and Cryptics. While having threats like Delver, Ooze, Tasigur, Thrun and Ashiok along the way to keep them on their heels.
