"For the Orzhov, being poor is both a sin and a crime"
Theme and budget deck. Torture your opponent by making every move and every choice a new source of life loss, while incrementing his despair by destroying his hand.
Some combos in this deck:
Duress will show the enemy hand, so you can know in which land to play Contaminated Ground. It is fun how much it delays people to lose 1 mana color early in dual decks, let alone 2. It is also usefull to know when to play Stab Wound or One Thousand Lashes
Duress also prevents your rats from getting killed by burn cards, so they will be useful for blocking against agro decks, specially if Sinister Possession is in play. Drainpipe Vermin is specially annoying against agro decks.
Play Shrieking Affliction when the enemy has 1 or less cards in his hand. Against this deck, people despair and try to get their whole hand on the table asap. You can capitalize that.
For 3/3 or bigger creatures, Stab Wound and One Thousand Lashes will totally frustrate the enemy. It also makes them waste their creature control and burn cards on their own creatures.
Bloodflow Connoisseur will be useful to sacrifice your Drainpipe Vermin just after the opponent gets his one card, forcing them to effectively play with no hand.
Finally, the obvious Ethereal Armor on any creature you have will seal the game if you can pay the ability cost of Rogue's Passage
Sidedeck
Populate decks are a pain, unless you play Illness in the Ranks. Some agro decks have lots of X/1 creatures, so Profit / Loss helps with that. Glaring Spotlight resolves the hexproof issue, as not being able to cast your enchantments on the enemy creatures is horribly problematic.
