First of all, it's a sad story. This deck could definitely be Pioneer legal if it wasn't for the fact that bitterheart witch isn't Pioneer legal, which it sucks but it's fine as modern doesn't use as much exile effects like pioneer(but the power range is definitely higher). Anyhow, this is a midrange Orzhov deck which relies on the nice effects of ETB enchantments cards and creatures dying with a twist of a bunch of tokens aswell to keep us going and win the game.
As you might have guessed, Teysa Karlov is the MVP of the deck. She enables the bitterheart witch to find not one but two curses on the enemy(which is game winning most of the times), let us draw two cards instead of one with our Hateful Eidolon and to top of it all it makes our tokens vigilant and life-linkers. The idea as always is a pretty straightfoward midrange style. Kill their early creatures with our enchantments and then overwhelm them with our tokens... And if that's not enough, show how cruel the reality of our deck really is by making them sacrifice something otherwise they will take a bunch of damage.
The mana base is kinda wonky on the 4 slot but i think it's manageable as we have TON of removal cards. We're fine, everything is fine. Trust.
I also didn't include a sideboard for the same reason that i said on the temur deck, but all you need is that standard stuff. Some hand disruption, you know how it is,(duress and the like because we're on a budget, right?) some exile effects(utter end is cheap), some graveyard hate(elspeth's nightmare maybe? Bojuka bog aswell), and something to protect our enchantments. Put that on your sideboard and you're golden.
