I noticed most competitive Commander EDH decks gets some combo out that will either win or lock down opponents ASAP. They'll tutor/draw and play the pieces ASAP. They'll also protect their combo pieces.

I made an unconventional Orzhov combo deck that goes wide with a bunch of different infinite combos or instant wins. I also wanted to make it semi-budget ($500 or less).

This deck contains multiple win combos + inexpensive tutors, lands, and ramp. At the time of posting this deck, TCGPlayer estimated deck cost is $392.57. Being semi-budget makes this deck non-competitive. This deck can easily cost more $$$$ if existing lands, rocks, and tutors were replaced with more expensive ones such as Vampiric Tutor, Imperial Seal, Grim Tutor, Demonic Tutor, Cruel Tutor or Fetid Heath, Marsh Flats, Scrubland.

Even tuned searches, ramp/rocks, and lands, I doubt this deck will be considered tier 1 competitive. Maybe 2.5 or 3.
