Need some help or suggestions to make this deck work at FNM.

I thought about Pack Rat, but I really don't feel like he fits that well.

Need help on the sideboard. I have no idea what to include!

Basic goal of the deck is to be decently speedy, with Soldier of the Pantheon protecting me from multicolored, especially Burning-Tree Emissary . Hopefully getting a T3/4 Brimaz, King of Oreskos or Desecration Demon. Elspeth, Sun's Champion is just to add pain to the win if I can get her out.
