Orzhov is my favorite guild but Orzhov control dosen't have the cards to make it work yet and Orzhov midrange is terribly expnesive. Thus, my sollution to the issue was to make a somewhat budget frendly Orzhov deck with a controlling bent. What I got was an oddball brew focused around abusing low cost extort cards to win by draining the life out of your opponent with each spell you play. Thus, this deck is in a sense a twisted sort of burn deck, killing your opponent through the use of the extort ability while using plentiful blind obedience and life gain from extort to survive long enough to deal out the damage you need to win.

Anyway, while no sideboard is up yet, it would include some way of dealing with geist of saint traft, most likely tribute to hunger or devour flesh, answers to control and other things of that nature.
