An extort deck focused on the creation of token, then abusing the sheer number of creatures in your control.
Though I'm still new to deckbuilding, I've tried to make it as well-rounded-up as possible.
The deck's major and deadliest combo is Vizkopa Guildmage +
Congregate
. This combo will deal tons of damage to your opponents and heal yourself for a lot, and is a game changer on its own.
The second major combo is using both effects from your Vizkopa Guildmage +
Eidolon of Countless Battles
. Bestowing your eidolon onto Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts is a good idea, too.
Otherwise, you'll be relying on your legendary and your angelic accord to gain tokens, and pump up your eidolon to both defend yourself and attack your enemies. Note that you can easily tank damage, thus avoiding to lose creatures, as not only can you gain life to make up for it, but Teysa will supply you in tokens.
Since this deck is relatively slow (with the large combo requiring either seven of six mana), it's imperative that you keep yourself alive until then, hence the high amount of cheap extorters (12 extorts with 1 to 2 CMC). Blind Obedience will also mitigate early aggro (and nulify haste).
Finally, for utility, I chose Rootborn Defenses as your board and creatures are extremely important, so protecting them all at once is great (having populate on top is awesome, too). Gods willing also gives you a pretty cheap way to counter a lot of spells; destroys, burns, even creatures, and has a scry. Finally, Revoke existance for removal. I find it most convenient because gods and enchantments are very common, so it's peachy (also, the monoBlack god counters lifegain completely, so having an answer to it is crucial).
Finally, I have 4 elixirs in the sideboard to also have an answer to millers. So far, the only thing I see as a problem I can't handle are poison counters, though I very rarely see those as of late.
