I have a friend who really enjoys cracking packs and I've been looking at decks to get him more into MTG. So I bought the Bloomburrow starter kit and took apart the decks. I turned the Otter deck into a fun deck revolving around "Otterball" which involve cards like Kitsa, Otterball Elite, Otterball Antics, Contested Game Ball and Strixhaven Stadium. I also kept cards like Bria, Riptide Rogue, Alania, Divergent Storm, Stormcatch Mentor and Pearl of Wisdom in the deck due to flavor. I also added some Frolicking Familiar, Stormchaser's Talent and Barkform Harvester to add some more otterly ridiculous antics to the deck.
