This deck is all about generating tokens and, inadvertently, gaining life. I use Ghave's ability to generate a few tokens and multiply them from there using abilities of things such as Rhys the Redeemed. I have several tutors to search for important cards like Doubling Season and Parallel Lives that increase the number of tokens I can generate rapidly. Also, all those tokens that enter as 1/1s quickly become beefy with things like Cathars' Crusade, Eldrazi Monument, Sigil Captain, Coat of Arms, etc. I can regularly create 1/1 saprolings that instantly become 13/13s or bigger.

Cards like Soul Warden, Essence Warden, and Elspeth Tirel (first ability) allow me to gain insane amounts of life while creating my army of tokens.

I recently added Archangel of Thune to help generate a ridiculous number of +1/+1 counters when I gain life, but I've yet to test her out.

The basic idea behind the deck is building up an unstoppable army of tokens whilst simultaneously gaining enough life to make my defeat unlikely by anything except commander damage. And hopefully I'd have enough blockers to prevent that too.

I've also found that the somewhat low number of lands isn't a huge issue, because Gaea's Cradle is a beast once I have some tokens.

Finally, while I avoided putting any standard board wipes in the deck (because most likely they'd hurt me the most), I can destroy all my opponents' lands with a combination of Nature's Revolt and either Elesh Norn or Massacre Wurm. Making all my lands creatures also pumps Gaea's Cradle.

Citanul Hierophants/Gaea's Cradle + Lots of Tokens + Exsanguinate/Debt to the Deathless = Dead opponents

Blood Artist/Falkenrath Noble + Ghave, Guru of Spores + Lots of Tokens = Sac all my tokens to kill opponents
