Thanks carpecanum, Krosan Verge is definitely going in, and I know I have a Rith's Grove too.
I like Contagion Engine, but I feel like it's a little too clunky for what I'm trying to do here.
I didn't really consider Mimic Vat for this deck, but now that I'm looking at it, I like what I see.

I have a Rith deck and it always makes me angry. I try to get an army of counter creatures but it turns into a commander damage deck half the time just because he's a big dragon. I had forgotten about Kyren Negotiations and i borrowed that idea from your deck.

I LOVE Kyren Negotiations. It's won me a few games just because people don't realize it allows you to tap creatures for damage even if they have summoning sickness.
This deck doesn't win a lot, but when it does win, it's REALLY satisfying.
The best is when you have Impact Tremors and Kyren Negotiations out, make saprolings with Rith, then drop Goblin Bombardment.
You can easily deal 15 damage from the tremors, then 15 more from negotiations, and finish off with bombardment damage.

This deck seems like it really wants Tendershoot Dryad for the saproling lord and token generation.

Fireshrieker Blood Mist and other ways of enabling double strike for your commander so you can activate its ability twice a turn.
Doubling your tokens twice!
Also the new Planeswalker Huatli, Radiant Champion.
I say switch it out for harmonize it being a one shot, where the emblem stays on the battlefield so each time you activate your commanders ability you draw cars as well.
It's a May ability so you never have to worry about decking yourself.
Also a up vote for a fellow Naya token player!

Hmmm, I like Tendershoot Dryad, but the 5 cmc is making me unsure. I gotta think about it, thanks Bloopsy.
So I tried playing around with double strike effects before, and it didn't work out as well as I liked Homelessguy. I am totally gonna add Huatli tho, but I'll probably take out something more expensive.
The number one issue I run into while playing this deck is that I always run out of cards in hand, and I ALWAYS want more card draw, so even tho Harmonize is a one-shot, I wanna have every piece of card draw I can get.

Nemesis Mask and Trailblazer's Boots could help ensure hits with your commander. Ashnod's Altar is great ramp with tokens. For what to cut or clean up... I would say try to pair down your non basic lands. Your deck has a lot of answers, but that maybe slowing your end game.

That Paradox Engine combo is pretty sick, I'll have to give it some thought. Thanks!
Thanks for the suggestion TheNocholas, I originally had Trailblazer's boots in the deck, but I took it out just cuz there's almost always at least one player at the table who doesn't have a flyer for blocking. If the boots gave hexproof too, well that's a different story.
What do you mean "pair down" with my non basics?

If you find your deck runs slow, it might be do to having too many lands that come in tapped or only make colorless mana. I lean toward basic and mana fixers over abzans or lands that do cool things but only tap for colorless.

Rith's Grove and Krosan Verge, maybe Kher Keep?
Soul Foundry or Mimic Vat could give you more of your chosen creatures.
Contagion Engine not only boosts all your counters, it can count as a boardwipe to one opponent also.
